Requirements
- Accounting, finance or related major bachelor's degree or above
- Holding intermediate or above accounting title (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of general ledger accounting or full accounting processing experience (financial services/multinational enterprise experience preferred)
- Experience in team guidance or project management, able to coordinate team daily work
- Proficient in full enterprise accounting processing
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP experience mandatory), advanced Excel functions
- Fluent English reading and writing, able to accurately understand English SOPs
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate finance, tax, business departments, etc
- Process optimization awareness (preferred those who have led finance process improvement projects)
- Team training ability, able to improve team members' professional levels through knowledge sharing and guidance, supervise and ensure team work quality
- Meticulous and rigorous, data-sensitive, ensuring 100% accounting accuracy
- Strong stress resistance, adaptable to high-intensity monthly/quarterly/annual closing work rhythm
