The role requires knowledge of high-speed signal design rules and power design methodologies, proficiency in digital/analog circuit simulation and fault diagnosis, and exposure to design tools like Multisim, Cadence, Concept, or OrCAD.
Strong problem-solving skills, passion for circuit development, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Prior hardware design experience in high-speed subsystem design or DC-DC power module design is a huge plus, along with a can-do attitude, critical thinking, leadership, ability to learn complex concepts quickly, creativity, strategic thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
