Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and have at least three years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards is required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to design and implement treatment plans.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, conduct Family training, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. The position also includes attending regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
