Candidates should possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). They should demonstrate strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data collection methods, as well as experience with supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct family training, handle billing and documentation, and attend regular meetings with other staff members.
