Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices is required, along with experience in designing treatment plans and conducting behavior assessments.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will design and oversee ABA treatment programs for clients, continuously evaluating their needs and providing parent education and consultation. They will also supervise behavior technicians, ensuring they implement treatment plans reliably and ethically, conduct behavior assessments, design measurement and data collection systems, attend team meetings, and provide case oversight. Furthermore, the BCBA will be responsible for motivating and mentoring RBTs, attending client outcomes reviews, conducting family training, billing and documenting clinical activities, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards.
