Requirements
Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Education, or Special Education, and a minimum of three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards, along with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to design and achieve project-based goals.
Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee comprehensive ABA treatment programs, create measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, conduct family training, handle billing and documentation, and attend regularly scheduled meetings with other staff as needed. They will also contribute to research, symposiums, and poster opportunities, ensuring adherence to the “gold-standard” implementation of ABA and evidence-based analyses.
