Responsibilities

Play an integral role on BIP’s Asset Management team with a focus on maximizing value for the fund’s investments and acting as a critical conduit to BIP’s portfolio investments
Work alongside experienced operators and engage with the deal team through the transaction life cycle
Engage with senior management at BIP’s portfolio companies while driving the development of financial analysis and preparation of quarterly and monthly reporting deliverables
Support all aspects of asset and portfolio management, including initial diligence phase, strategy and execution of value enhancement strategies, supporting Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) requests, originating and tracking Portfolio Operations engagement, KPI reporting, and ad hoc requests
Support the development and implementation of asset management plans to optimize performance of BIP’s portfolio companies
Collaborate with investor relations to draft communications, providing insights and updates on portfolio company performance for the business and limited partners
Onboard investments and monitor portfolio companies in collaboration with the BIP deal team, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Portfolio Operations
Participate in specific strategic initiatives, refinancing activities, and management evaluations to enhance value for portfolio companies
Manage portfolio reporting activities, including preparing and presenting materials to Blackstone leadership
Research industry trends, market developments, and macroeconomic factors, assess their impact on portfolio companies, and highlight relevant insights for investors
Work on cross-business initiatives to drive value across portfolio
Manage consultants and other third parties during due diligence
