Requirements

Able to commit for at least 6-12 months
At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
Excellent understanding of KYC, Fraud, and Risk operations
Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective facilitation skills in meetings and presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
A passion for emerging technologies related to blockchain
Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations and risk domains
Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of those enhancements
Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to drive product optimization
Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential
Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication
