Responsibilities

Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations and risk domains
Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of those enhancements
Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to drive product optimization
Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential
Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication
