Reliable power backup to manage load shedding or outages
Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (including South African and U.S. public holidays)

Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and benefits
Confirm and follow up on prior authorizations
Accurately update and maintain insurance information in the system
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues
Provide administrative support to the billing team as needed
Draft clear, polite, and professional communications
Maintain accurate records of insurance and billing activities
