Requirements

Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
Language Proficiency Certificate for French
Ability to work on different computer systems and/or ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and the like)
Financial skills, accounting skills, and logical thinking
Telephony or voice communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and Word
Experience working in a multinational company setting is an advantage
Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in French (written and verbal) for bilingual roles

Responsibilities

Daily verification and posting of vendor invoices (AP) and employee claims (TE)
Reconciling bank statements
Resolving supplier disputes
Proper and timely accounting of liabilities (AP)
Timely payment of vendor invoices and/or employee claims
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
Load AP transactions to the General Ledger timely and accurately
Reconcile assigned accounts and verify propriety of postings and classifications
Respond to supplier inquiries and supplier requests for account reconciliation via phone or email
Complete month-end tasks timely and accurately
Work with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of annual (internal/external) audits
Maintain AP work instructions/procedures
Ensure compliance with process controls mandatory set by government or organization
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Translation jobs in French language - written and verbal
Support other FAH & FAH RX teams for any French language requirement
Help colleagues if internal or external parties have language requirements
Assist Vendor Master Team with phone call verification where vendors cannot speak English
Act as translator for BU meetings where attendees require translation (call or email)
Translate and communicate necessary documents from French to English and vice versa
Record audio and video translations from French to English and vice versa
