Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Responsibilities

The representative will follow up with customers to provide status updates and confirm resolution, adhering to company policies and quality standards while meeting performance metrics.
