Requirements

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Client Enrollment Specialist will manage high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions using platforms such as Salesforce, NICE, and ThriveSupport. Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, handling inbound calls, conducting outbound outreach for referral programs, and engaging prospective clients. The role involves managing 50+ calls daily while maintaining organization and follow-through, meeting or exceeding KPIs such as client conversion rates and intake targets, and ensuring clients are a strong fit for services. Additionally, specialists will address and escalate client concerns, collaborate within a fast-paced team environment, and perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
