Bilingual Analyst, Case Management – Field – Must reside in East Tampa Florida at CVS Health

The typical pay range for this role is $21.10 - $36.78 per hour.

This role requires residing in East Tampa, FL (zip codes 33617 or 33612), with 50-75% travel for face-to-face visits with members in Tampa or surrounding areas. The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, reside in East Tampa FL (zip codes 33617 or 33612), be willing to travel 50-75% of the time, have 1+ year of experience in behavioral health or long-term care, and hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or Human Services). Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
