[Remote] BigID Engineer (R-00093) at True Zero Technologies

The BigID Engineer will create and maintain technical documentation for BigID configurations and custom scripts, and work with data governance, security, and privacy teams to align BigID solutions with business strategies. Responsibilities include implementing and automating data discovery and governance workflows using APIs and scripting capabilities, resolving technical issues related to the BigID platform, and configuring and customizing data discovery policies, classifiers, and connectors to identify sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance. The engineer will develop and manage custom metadata enrichment rules, use the platform to support privacy compliance needs like Data Subject Access Requests, and write code to automate tasks such as scanning for sensitive data and validating AI training data. Additionally, they will ensure security best practices are followed in the deployment and operation of applications and infrastructure, and continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and technologies.
