Requirements

BSc or MSc degree, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
Very good knowledge of English language, with strong oral and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
Responsibility-taking and teamwork skills
Willingness and effectiveness in working with others inside and outside the organization to achieve team goals
Effective time management skills
Knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI tools (desirable)

Responsibilities

Participate in the collection and analysis of customer requirements
Support the team in designing and implementing BI solutions: Data Warehouse, ETL, Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Perform quantitative and qualitative checks to identify issues and resolve them
Participate in creating project support documents: specification recording and user manuals
Participate in customer support services - coordinate incident and problem resolution processes and maintain communication for optimal customer service
