Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
  • Very good knowledge of English language, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the collection and analysis of customer requirements
  • Support the team in designing and implementing BI solutions: Data Warehouse, ETL, Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative checks to identify issues and resolve them
  • Participate in creating project support documents: specification recording and user manuals
  • Participate in customer support services - coordinate incident and problem resolution processes and maintain communication for optimal customer service
