Requirements

BE/BTech qualification
5 to 8 years of overall experience (with 4-6 years leading Analytics projects for large Retail clients; 3+ years in Power Apps/Power Automate)
Skill in Data Management - Microsoft Power Apps
Strong domain knowledge in Retail Industry
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work in team environment with tight schedules and under pressure
Expertise in Power App/Power Automate for designing, building, and maintaining custom business applications
Very strong SQL skills (Teradata preferred; Oracle, UDB or similar)
Understanding of ETL processes with good database knowledge and ability to write complex SQL queries
Good hands-on experience with Azure Stack (Azure SQL Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Analysis Services (AAS))
Ability to do POCs to showcase Microsoft Power BI capabilities

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data, prepare reports using appropriate representation techniques
Create and implement process improvements throughout the reporting process
Liaise with business and technology teams to generate reports
Develop custom applications using Power Apps for business scenarios (simple forms to complex enterprise solutions)
Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate (approvals, notifications, data synchronization)
Integrate Power Apps with databases (Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, external APIs) for data management
Build interactive visualizations and dashboards in Power BI for data-driven decision making and business performance monitoring
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
