Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development or a related field is required, with a proven background in creating data-driven solutions using BI tools. Experience with database systems like SQL, OLAP, or data warehousing, along with data modeling concepts, is necessary. Certifications in relevant BI tools such as Tableau or Snowflake are preferred, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies is also a plus.

Responsibilities

The BI Data Analyst will design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, primarily using Tableau. They will also develop complex queries, reports, stored procedures, and data models to meet business intelligence needs, and implement data from various sources into BI platforms. Responsibilities include administering and configuring BI tools for optimal performance and security, monitoring tool performance, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting data integration issues. Additionally, the analyst will develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, conduct functional, regression, and performance testing, and collaborate with stakeholders for user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of BI deliverables.
