Assist in the identification of business needs and translate them into application software requirements to support operations and production
Collect and analyze data about business needs
Assist in determining specific business application software requirements
Ensure requirements are incorporated into system designs and testing
Build and enter standard benefit plans with the appropriate plan provisions and state mandates for various medical products
Research and respond to standard inquiries from various departments
Provide onsite support with a focus on customer satisfaction
