Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Proven analytic proficiency (Excel) and development of engaging presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Attention to detail; ability to adapt in a high-pressure environment
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (another European language will be an advantage)
  • Experience working with accounting or data reporting and is comfortable with financial/cost analysis considered as an advantage
  • 1-3 years of experience with administration of benefits or as an HR operations or related field considered as an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, but not limited to pensions, health and wellness benefits, life and accident insurance, and perquisite programs
  • Coordinate benefits invoicing process
  • Coordinate benefits enrollments, changes and terminations of benefits
  • Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well as benefits invoices administration
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Assist with the development/review of benefit summaries and booklets
  • Work with the benefits team to develop and implement new benefit programs
  • Play a key role in enhancing the employee experience regarding benefit programs in EMEA region
  • Partner with external benefit administration partners, assisting employees with benefits-related requests
  • Manage and administer the day-to-day operations and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries
