Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily benefits support to the Olo team
  • Maintain benefits programs, processes, and structures
  • Recommend process improvements as the business scales
  • Perform regular audits of benefits to ensure programs are administered according to plan guidelines
  • Help with the annual open enrollment process
  • Support the year-end cycle, including HRIS systems setup
  • Support new wellness initiatives and existing programs and trainings
  • Ensure the end-to-end employee benefits experience is effective, efficient, and user-friendly
  • Stay up-to-date with market data trends to ensure the competitiveness of our current rewards programs and make recommendations for enhancements
