Responsibilities

Logees verwelkomen en zorgen voor een warme en rustige overgang bij aankomst
Organiseren van activiteiten die aansluiten bij interesses en behoeften van logees (bijv. wandelen, spelletjes, knutselen, uitstapjes)
Begeleiden bij dagelijkse routines en ondersteunen bij ADL-taken (Activiteiten van de Dagelijkse Leven)
Creëren van een huiselijke, veilige omgeving met structuur en plezier, inclusief betrokkenheid bij eetmomenten en onderhouden van de woonomgeving
Waarborgen van rust en veiligheid tijdens de nacht
Nauw samenwerken met collega's en afstemmen van begeleiding voor een fijne ervaring van logees
Bijdragen aan de visie en invulling van nieuwe logeerlocaties in Purmerend en Assendelft
