- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Verzorgende IG (niveau 3)
- Je werkt zorgvuldig, bent betrokken en hebt een warme, mensgerichte benadering
- Je vindt het leuk om naast zorgtaken ook begeleidende momenten mee te nemen in je werk
- Bereidheid om te werken in onregelmatige diensten (weekend, dag-, avond- en slaapdiensten)
- Je bent leergierig, praktisch en hebt affiniteit met het begeleiden van leerlingen en stagiaires
Responsibilities
- Begeleidt bewoners in hun eigen appartement en in de gezamenlijke ruimte
- Helpt bij dagelijkse zorg, geeft structuur en denkt mee over passende activiteiten
- Let op hoe het met iemand gaat, signaleert veranderingen en brengt rust wanneer dat nodig is
- Werkt samen met collega’s, familie en andere betrokkenen
- Rapporteert kort en duidelijk en draagt bij aan een veilige woonomgeving met een voorspelbaar ritme
- Begeleidt leerlingen en stagiaires: neemt hen mee in de dagelijkse praktijk, laat zien hoe te werken met bewoners en helpt hen praktische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen
- Flexibel inzetbaar in dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten en zorgt samen met het team voor een goede verdeling en stabiel rooster
