Responsibilities

Rotar por departamentos (RRHH y Relaciones Laborales, Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Desarrollo de Negocio, Departamento de Ofertas, Departamento Jurídico, Financiero) para conocer procesos clave
Profundizar en datos de absentismo, formación y aplicación de normativa laboral (RRHH)
Conocer planes de seguridad y salud, identificación de riesgos y auditorías de prevención (PRL)
Apoyo en acciones comerciales con clientes actuales, análisis de oportunidades y propuestas de mejora continua (Desarrollo de Negocio)
Colaboración en estudios técnicos y económicos, preparación de propuestas y comprensión de procesos de contratación (Ofertas)
Conocimiento de obligaciones contractuales, normativa aplicable y gestión de incidencias legales (Jurídico)
Formación en controles presupuestario, análisis de cuentas de resultados y participación en cierres mensuales (Financiero)
Supervisión de auditorías, control de KPI, gestión documental, compras y coordinación de recursos (etapa en Operaciones)
Colaboración en acciones comerciales, prevención de riesgos, iniciativas de mejora continua, relación con clientes y seguimiento financiero para garantizar rentabilidad y cumplimiento normativo
