Candidates should have experience in a similar position within customer service, sales, and/or business development within a relevant sector, and the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships. Strong knowledge of the market and an understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel are also required, along with fluency in German and English.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services, developing a sales funnel using SFDC, ensuring the execution of sales growth plans, planning and overseeing new business initiatives, researching organizations and key stakeholders, finding and developing new markets, attending conferences and meetings, developing quotes and proposals for clients, and developing goals for the development team and business growth.
