Responsibilities

Werken op een Odion-locatie, minimaal 18 uur per week
Volgen van lessen 1 dag per week op een ROC naar keuze voor een MBO-diploma niveau 2, 3 of 4
Kennismaken met collega's en cliënten, wennen aan de werkomgeving door observeren, luisteren en vragen stellen
Ondersteunen van cliënten in dagelijkse bezigheden, persoonlijke verzorging en opbouwen/onderhouden van sociale contacten
Cliënt centraal stellen met focus op individuele hulpvragen
Persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling van eigen kwaliteiten als begeleider
