The Barista will deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors by making and serving delicious beverages with various brewing methods and preparing and serving delicious food. They will stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle’s offerings through training, taste beverages regularly to ensure quality, and create community in cafes by sharing their coffee knowledge. Baristas will also support their team by performing tasks such as cleaning, clearing dishes, and maintaining a safe and respectful working environment, while upholding health, food safety, and sustainability goals.
