Responsibilities

Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact primarily within own team and with direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work under close supervision
Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Manage complex deals as a Lease admin expert
Help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability by transforming banking operations
Assist in processing trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers while safeguarding the bank from risks
Oversee end-to-end lease agreement process for IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance, including creation, administration, tracking, auditing of lease documents, and monitoring business and financial transactions for lease properties
