Requirements

  • BCom/MCom/Master of Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Skill in Com.Bkg- Credit UW - Commercial Credit Underwriting
  • Good understanding of credit analysis, creditworthiness, underwriting, third party report validation of commercial property, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation
  • Analysis of property inspection reports, rent rolls, operating statements, and preparation of letters based on regulatory requirements
  • Analysis of proof of payments, invoices, disbursement forms, lien waivers & schedules
  • Expertise in commercial real estate underwriting or commercial underwriting (residential underwriting preferable)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness
  • Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the financial performance of the borrower and guarantor
  • Assess repayment capacity and recommend the future course of action in approving/declining/counter offering business loans
  • Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • Act as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work
