Responsibilities
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling instructions and production charts
Gather products for next business day preparation
Package freshly baked goods as needed
Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display based on production chart recommendations, ensuring safe handling and storage
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products per food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Support club policies, flawless execution, member service excellence, and GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, promotions, signage, clean organization)
Ensure a safe, positive, inclusive environment; resolve member concerns; escalate as appropriate
