Understand production/financial performance reporting for department

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens/equipment
Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart, including safe handling/storage
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within bakery department
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Use bakery production charts as guide for production and display needs
Gather products to be prepared for next business day
Package freshly baked goods (cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, other items as needed)
