Responsibilities
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and production charts
Gather products for next business day's preparation
Package freshly baked goods as needed
Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display based on production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling procedures
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Maintain cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department
Support flawless execution, address/escalate member concerns, ensure safe/positive environment, and deliver GOLD club standards (e.g., stocked items, promotional plans, clean/organized spaces, accurate signage)
Carry out job functions as assigned and demonstrate team accountability
