Requirements

  • Experience with Java Backend, such as RESTful API design and microservice-based architectures
  • Preferably some exposure to Golang and Python languages
  • Hands-on experience with computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Proficiency with testing methodologies, such as unit testing and integration testing
  • At least 2/3 years of professional experience working in a cross-team environment, contributing to technical and product discussions
  • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and improve
  • Willingness to code and learn in different areas, ranging from Backend to scripting tools
  • Fluent in English with proficiency to collaborate with a global team
  • Experience operating in Kubernetes and Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues in product and design to define feature specifications and timelines
  • Solve challenging problems about integrations, scalability, and performance in a complex distributed system to build reliable components
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issues
