Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or a related field, with over 6 years of experience in Java. Required competencies include GraphQL, Spring/Springboot, REST APIs, messaging systems, and other backend programming languages. Experience building data-driven applications (RDBMS, NoSQL, ElasticSearch) and event-driven applications (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is necessary, along with a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments using agile, TDD, and CI/CD practices. Strong ownership, interpersonal skills, learning ability, and excitement for new technologies are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Backend Software Engineer will translate requirements into software design, creating clean, efficient, extensible, and maintainable code. They will ensure features are testable and maintain high quality through evidence-centered design and continuous delivery. Responsibilities include managing project features, providing technical guidance and mentorship, identifying and resolving system gaps, leading E2E testing quality, and taking full ownership of the software lifecycle from design to monitoring. The engineer will also influence technical decisions, integrate flexibility into designs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions.
