Responsibilities

Build and deliver end-to-end backend solutions for core systems, taking responsibility for the quality and maintainability of code
Lead the implementation of well-defined projects within the squad, coordinating with other engineers to ensure team goals are met
Contribute to the evolution of squad's architecture by proposing and implementing improvements to existing systems
Work with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
Take an active role in the operational health of systems, including facilitating incident response and improving observability
Improve team's engineering practices through thoughtful code reviews, clear documentation, and mentoring other engineers
