Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating expertise in microservices architectural principles and a strong understanding of Spring Boot (MVC, REST, Data, Security, messaging). They should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, database architecture principles, and AWS or other cloud environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills within an agile environment, along with proficiency in REST, gRPC, and messaging protocols, are also required.
The Back-end Developer will collaborate with development and non-development teams to implement functional and non-functional requirements, develop, deploy, and support Spring Boot-based microservices, and ensure system performance, data consistency, and security in production environments. They will also deploy and configure the system on various environments within a Kubernetes cluster, and contribute to CI/CD practices.
