Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Open availability required
Previous export quality control experience preferred
Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred
Previous RF scanner experience preferred
Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping
Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds continuously; may require lifting and moving heavy/oversized objects over 30 pounds with assistance
Ability to work in an environment with moving machinery and/or loud equipment

Responsibilities

Perform order quality control activities, including validating orders against pick list, validating dates on merchandise to comply with member requirements, communicating findings daily to Fulfillment Manager, and verifying merchandise according to shipment priority
Ensure tools and supplies (scanner, batteries, calculators, pencil, pen) are readily available for daily tasks
Assist Order Forklift Driver with orders, verify and check orders as they are pulled and placed on pallets, and prioritize orders based on loading schedule and difficulty
Perform quality control processes and pallet checks under CCTV cameras, taking pictures as needed to validate
Ensure pallet layout is stable and free of damages, spills, or cross-contamination of food/chemical items
Verify full pallets, personal health items, chemicals, clothing, Ricamar orders, and consolidated orders
Validate date codes on all food items to ensure no expiration and compliance with member order parameters
Communicate daily with Fulfillment Manager for corrective actions and submit weekly recap reports on findings
Key all findings into the computer on the quality control finding report log, print daily reports, and provide to Fulfillment Manager
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned and work in other departments as needed
