Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to dialysis patients
Prime dialyzer and bloodlines
Ready dialysis equipment
Oversee the dialysis treatment from start to finish
Clean and dress permanent and temporary catheters
Make decisions on complex to highly complex issues regarding work approach
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including management and clients/customers
Negotiate with parties with divergent interests to achieve short-term corporate objectives
Represent the organization on a global, regional, and national level
Introduce specialized state-of-the-art concepts to develop innovative business solutions
Serve as an advisor, mentor, and internal consultant, driving new initiatives
Work on assignments involving highly complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of intangibles or situations with minimal precedent
Demonstrate expert knowledge in own field with a strong understanding of adjacent areas for developing pragmatic and creative solutions
