Candidates must have customer-facing contact center experience, including building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. Experience with communications protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIP, hands-on scripting/coding in languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js, and API integration experience are essential. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are required, along with experience in Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CodeDeploy, contact center architecture knowledge, and experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting are necessary. Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, along with Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, is also required. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and customers are crucial.
The AWS Sr. Consultant will support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and positive client outcomes. They will conduct technology assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement using the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, aiming to enhance agent experience and productivity. The consultant will educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments. They will facilitate business process reviews, translate high-level business goals into user stories, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and approving Solution Designs, collecting business requirements to generate estimates and timelines for Statements of Work, and delivering customer end-user training and documentation.
