Responsibilities

  • Take part in integrating and refining simulation models for key autonomy functions, such as flight path management, detect-and-avoid systems, and airspace integration
  • Help support problem-solving activities related to simulation performance and data analysis, assisting in identifying issues with autonomy module behaviors during various off-nominal and nominal scenarios
  • Develop tools that help to visualize the data and the results of the simulations
  • Collaborate with software engineers, autonomy developers, and system integration teams to develop new simulation features, write test cases, and automate data collection and analysis pipelines
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing our Kubernetes-based simulation infrastructure to ensure scalable, efficient testing and performance validation
