Requirements

  • MSc or similar education in the automation/software area
  • Overall experience of a few years in automation design and from development of SCADA/HMI controlled bioprocess systems
  • Experience from investigation, process improvements, line activities
  • Development and Implementation experience with automation technologies subjected to project needs that include: PLC programming, for example using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Studio5000), Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys or similar and Configuration of automation software
  • An understanding of the automation development process including tasks such as establishing requirements specifications and writing technical reports and documentation following standard methodology
  • Ability to travel – approx. 20% travel
  • Valid driver's license class B

Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise and resources for specification, design and implementation work for automation software configurations
  • Expertise and resources for integration and build of automation software configuration releases and preparation of software configurations as a deliverable
  • Maintenance and development of procedures/processes that control the development and testing of automation software configurations
  • Design and implementation of user interfaces for automation software configurations
  • Design and implementation of algorithms and functions in automation software configurations according to technical specification
