Requirements

MSc or similar education in the automation/software area
Overall experience of a few years in automation design and from development of SCADA/HMI controlled bioprocess systems
Experience from investigation, process improvements, line activities
Development and Implementation experience with automation technologies subjected to project needs that include: PLC programming, for example using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Studio5000), Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys or similar and Configuration of automation software
An understanding of the automation development process including tasks such as establishing requirements specifications and writing technical reports and documentation following standard methodology
Ability to travel – approx. 20% travel
Valid driver's license class B

Responsibilities

Providing expertise and resources for specification, design and implementation work for automation software configurations
Expertise and resources for integration and build of automation software configuration releases and preparation of software configurations as a deliverable
Maintenance and development of procedures/processes that control the development and testing of automation software configurations
Design and implementation of user interfaces for automation software configurations
Design and implementation of algorithms and functions in automation software configurations according to technical specification
