Focus on the production of highly precise implants through machining processes using computer-controlled machine tools (CNC)
Operating, setting up, programming, and maintaining machines
Complete a tailored training path through various production departments
Participate in small site projects with the opportunity to shape the training
From the second year, directly involved in production during practical placements, contributing to the manufacturing of medical products
Receive regular feedback to support personal development
