An advanced degree or IAM-related certifications
3–5 years of IAM development experience, including SailPoint IdentityIQ exposure
Experience with Java/Beanshell and basic API integrations
Prior experience with QA/testing processes preferred
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills in a global team setting

Responsibilities

Contributing to development of SailPoint IIQ workflows and connectors
Executing functional and regression testing of lifecycle changes
Handling medium-complexity issues from the team’s queue and provide root cause analysis
Working with senior developers and global IAM teams to align on standards and improvements

This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka with primary shifts of 7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT, flexibility provided, and most work performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools.
