Requirements

At least 1 year experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology (mapping system)
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a relevant advanced qualification
Good English level
Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while also supporting broader team initiatives
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a professional, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules, including occasional weekend work and a willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

Plan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products
Serve as the CAS map/navigation expert, training new mappers and acting as an ambassador for clinical and technical data at congresses and customer meetings
Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to engage in meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities
Provide technical data and support to sales teams for product demonstrations
Conduct on-site education and consulting, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM tools (e.g., SFDC Lightning, ServiceMax)
Be prepared to troubleshoot first-line issues on the CAS map/navigation system or relay relevant information to the technical department
