Requirements

Candidates should possess an engineering background with an understanding of technology related to business systems, a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing, operating, maintaining, or using Salesforce.com with hands-on administrative, configuration, and process management experience, and a Salesforce Administration Certification is required.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Systems Administrator, you will provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms, troubleshoot and escalate issues promptly, administer and support Salesforce.com including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements, manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions, oversee the onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack, analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement changes or escalate to the change advisory board, manage workload and projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, create and update documentation, and implement minor admin-level changes in Salesforce and sandboxes based on gathered requirements.
