Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Software Product Manager to define and maintain a software and feature roadmap for new and existing keyboards and mice products
  • Serve as the Product Owner for development teams, implementing Agile/Scrum practices to align sprints with top-priority deliverables
  • Work with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure software requirements are actionable and specifications are clear
  • Conduct user research and analyze the competitive landscape to gather insights that define product priorities
  • Analyze pain points and unmet needs to build software features that elevate the user experience
  • Craft detailed software requirements that align user needs with development feasibility and business goals
  • Integrate software needs into the broader hardware roadmap, partnering with Hardware Global Product Managers for cohesive product visions
  • Advocate for and integrate localized needs and cultural nuances into global designs, collaborating with distributed teams
  • Drive alignment across software, hardware, and marketing teams to support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and extend product relevance post-launch
  • Champion user feedback, translate insights into actionable software designs, and partner with cross-functional teams for innovative NPIs and sustained performance
