  • Develop global sourcing and procurement strategies across Engineering and Quality IT Categories ($156M spend)
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal contractual terms while ensuring internal stakeholder satisfaction
  • Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in sourcing practices
  • Build relationships with critical business stakeholders to ensure current and future business requirements are met
  • Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and business teams
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions
