Studying for a degree in STEM field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering a plus)
Basic knowledge in GLP and lab safety
Basic knowledge in chemical synthesis

Responsibilities

Work within a team to support new product development, testing, and stability
Conduct bench scale experiments (500g scale) necessary to develop new materials following good laboratory practices and adhering to proper safety procedures
Communicate project updates to innovation manager and team, bringing proactive thinking about product development
Support identifying and characterizing inorganic and organic compounds to determine composition, utilizing wet chemical analysis and other analytical techniques
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of experimental details in corporate notebooks
