Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed financial models to support M&A transactions, including merger models, synergy analysis, and valuation scenarios
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identify key business drivers, and create supporting schedules and projections
  • Prepare 5-year financial forecasts and scenario models, including historical trending Income Statement, detailed analysis on revenue, operating expenses, and margin by segment/geography
  • Collaborate with CFOs and executive teams to coordinate and respond to due diligence requests from buyers and advisors
  • Work with company management, private equity deal and operating teams, investment bankers, and other third parties to support transaction execution and corporate development activities
  • Use Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Query) to prepare profitability and KPI dashboards
  • Manage population and organization of investor-ready data rooms, including coordination across departments
  • Support the development of equity story and other go-to-market materials, including investment cases and deal memoranda for key stakeholders
