Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT etc.) AND minimum 2 years of related experience
OR High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience
OR Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service
Valid driver’s license
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects)
Willingness to travel 30%
Handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids (with OSHA-compliant safe working environment provided)
Possible COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements for sales and field roles

Responsibilities

Assist confident, competitive and results-oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker Joint Replacement products
Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings
Assist with business development activities, track territory progress, and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives
Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff
Provide exceptional service to customers
Maintain sample inventory with strong time management
Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders
Perform on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support
Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers
Support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments
Monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team
Assist the Sales Representative to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks
