Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
  • 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B sales preferred
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to the Baltimore area
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile
  • Approximately 20-30% travel
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with ability to grasp by hand

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives
  • Push to exceed performance goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite with clients
  • Inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of products
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
